International business laws

We focus on applying law and dealing with legal issues affecting transnational business transaction, investments and trade. The members are kept informed of legal developments and issues and informed of how to approach during negotiations and drafting a variety of transaction and related legal agreements.

Intellectual property

Focuses on intellectual property laws and issues faced by lawyers in the course of representing their clients in connection with business transaction, commercial contracts and counseling matters.
